Overview:
Oki needed a registration site for delegates attending their channel conference 09. They had less than a week to get it up and running, required extensive data collection, and advanced reporting with numerous filters allowing them pull off flight lists, dietary requirements, room allocation and more. Without a web based solution they would have had to speak individually with 900 delegates and log their details into excel documents. - manpower they couldn't afford to use. The custom event management framework was used to give them all the functionality they required within their two day budget with room to spare for a custom flash intro, and html emails invited everyone digitally, allowing them to register online at their leisure.
